Butterfly Rainforest

Jeff had some free passes to the butterfly rain forest, so last weekend we decided to take the kids. In all the years that it has been open, we have yet to actually check it out.

*Note to self: If you have a child who LOVES to catch bugs, etc. DO NOT take her to the butterfly rain forest where it will only be a tease for her with thousands of butterflies flying around and landing on her to not actually catch them!*

I think we were reprimanded 3-4 times because Brooke was actually hunting down the butterflies rather than just let them flutter about. It was a very serene and beautiful setting, but man was it HOT!!

All in all we had a good time and got some great pictures, but it was definitely a challenge to actually enjoy the beauty that was bestowed upon us when we were too busy worrying that our kids were going to get us kicked out :)
